Panagiota Louka is a Marie Curie fellow who loves to study cilia. As a PhD student in the lab of Jacek Gaertig at the University of Georgia, Panagiota studied the mechanisms that regulate the microtubule organization in cilia. In her postdoctoral training she wants to understand how the ciliary microtubule organization relates to the organelle function.
