Chrystalla holds a BSc in Chemistry from Aristotle's University of Thessaloniki, Greece. During her studies, she was interested in Biochemistry and Bioanalytical chemistry. Now, she is pursuing her master's in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Cyprus, and her work focuses on the role of signaling in ciliogenesis in Xenopus laevis
